Your Preventative Maintenance Visit Includes:
* Check and tighten electrical connections
* Check safety controls
* Check thermostat calibration
* Check evaporator and condensing coils
* Check condensation pump/line drain
* Check flues for proper ventilation
* Check heat exchanger and burners
* Check blower wheel and fan blades
* Check for proper freon levels
* Check filter and replace if needed (Filters must be provided)
* Check humidifiers
* Check capacitors
* Check amps, pressure, and temperature
