The Start

My father started an HVAC company in 1996. I grew up around the business, working alongside him and other contractors, learning not just the technical side but the relationship side. I watched what worked and what didn't. I saw where customers felt rushed, where corners got cut, where people were treated like transactions instead of neighbors.

In 2016, I decided to start Cornett Heating and Cooling. Not because the industry needed another contractor. But because I knew exactly how I wanted to do things differently. Nine years later, we're the number one HVAC provider in Severna Park. That's not luck. That's consistency.
